We cannot commit , as soon as we know of any change in status or reconfirmation of the old status we put it up on website and insta stories immediately.
 
Q Any contact number of distributor to confirm?
No. You can check on google, but our experience in these times has been that no one is able to pick up or is constantly busy .
 
Q Are they filling big cylinders also?
We cant say with assurity, but a pattern has been seen that most of the big plants like Naraina, Mayapuri, Mundga have been filling . Supporting doctors papers  help . But as status keeps changing each day, we cant commit.
 
Q Do we need papers / aadhar card ?
it will definitely help . The rules at refilling station keeps changing . So try to carry supporting doctor papers and aadhar card ,
 
Q I am calling from hospital side, I am not an individual, please advise how can hospitals get ?
Sorry , we are not aware of that . your local authority could guide you through. Even though most of the places we know give priority to hospitals, we don’t know if it is any and every hospital or only of their area or do they need some authority papers or not .

Q Its not available anywhere at present , as per your site also , what to do ?
You can consider going to Hemkunt Foundation in Gurgaon or Damdama sahib gurudwara in Nizzamudin , they do not give refill but give oxygen for patient to use in their car or on mattress put out by them . hemkunt is expected to be on 24 by 7, Damdama is on as per availability of oxygen .
 
Q Can you do home delivery ?
Sorry, no . We are not vendors, we are volunteers working for a NGO to give PHYSICALLY verified information on oxygen refills.
